Phone System

Disc is a purpose built phone system specifically designed for the Taxi industry. All calls are monitored & recorded.

When a booking is in progress the customer can choose to speak direct to the driver (without the number being visible to the driver)

Interactive voice response (IVR) aanswers your calls and uses iCabbi Caller Id to suggest your most popular pick up places, you can then make a booking in seconds automatically without the need to speak to a telephonist. You can speak to a telephonist at any time. Anyone who requites this service removed please call us.

SMS Service

Once your booking is made you will receive a text confirming the booking (pre bookings only). Once your vehicle is dispatched you will receive a text to say it is on its way.

The driver can be tracked live through this text link.

Once your vehicle arrives you will receive a text to say it is outside.
